HOW THE WORK TRANSLATES INTO DELIVERABLES

Examples of clear, employee-friendly formats.

These are illustrative portfolio examples of formats I can develop. They are not copies of the actual hotel guide, confidential insurance SOPs or client-owned materials.

01 · FRONTLINE JOB AID

Guest issue: quick-reference guide

Learning goal: Know what to do when a routine customer issue needs attention.

  • Listen, clarify and confirm the concern.
  • Check the applicable policy or safety procedure.
  • Resolve within your authority or escalate.
  • Record relevant information and hand off as needed.

Illustrative example for a hospitality or food-service team; not official operating policy.

02 · PROCESS DECISION GUIDE

Incomplete request: what happens next?

Trigger: An intake request reaches the team.

  • Required details complete? If no, request the missing information.
  • If complete, assign the next responsible owner.
  • Record the status and any outstanding exception.
  • Notify the customer or originating team of next steps.

Illustrative decision-tree content, designed to be adapted to a real workflow.

03 · MICROLEARNING OUTLINE

Five-minute learning module structure

Objective: Perform a new workflow correctly without relying on memory alone.

  • Explain the outcome and key rules.
  • Demonstrate a realistic scenario.
  • Practice one branching decision.
  • Check understanding with one question.
  • Provide a job aid for use after training.

Illustrative storyboard structure, not a claim of LMS implementation or published eLearning.

MY WORKING APPROACH

Listen first. Build for the real employee.

01

Discover

Interview the people doing the work and review current documents and systems.

02

Translate

Break business requirements into steps, role-specific decisions and plain-language guidance.

03

Validate

Review the draft against real cases, exceptions and stakeholder feedback.

04

Hand off

Deliver practical, maintainable resources that teams can reference and update.

About the evidence: This portfolio intentionally describes professional contributions without reproducing company-owned documentation. Where outcomes were delivered with teams, they are identified as collaborative. Illustrative examples are marked as such. My strongest demonstrated capabilities include SOPs, job aids, training content, knowledge organization, scenario testing and operational process design; I do not present specialized LMS administration or eLearning authoring certifications that have not been established.
