Frequently asked questions

Clarity before commitment.

What we do remotely, how the packages work, what's included, and what to expect when you request a consultation.

Questions answered

Know what to expect before we begin.

Clear scope, clear pricing, and an entirely virtual working relationship.

Can you work with businesses outside insurance or technology?

Absolutely. I focus on the structure of digital work, not a single industry. Remote administrative workflows exist in SaaS, insurance, financial services, healthcare administration, HR, education, nonprofits, professional services, e-commerce, logistics coordination, customer support, and many other fields. The process needs to be suitable for remote observation and improvement.

Do you visit our office or observe employees in person?

No. All consulting is remote. I learn your process through video calls, screen sharing, employee walkthroughs, interviews, shared documents, and approved system access when it is necessary and appropriate. There are no in-person meetings or site visits.

Do our employees need to work remotely?

Not necessarily. Your staff might work in an office, on a hybrid schedule, or fully remotely. What matters is that the process can be demonstrated, discussed, and redesigned through digital tools and virtual collaboration. Physical production-floor observation is not included.

What exactly is The Why? Package?

The Why? is a 10-hour, analysis-only engagement starting at $1,500 for a defined scope. It includes virtual discovery, workflow observation, bottleneck and root-cause assessment, and an in-depth PDF report with findings, advice, and prioritized recommendations. I do not implement changes in this package.

Does The Why? include updated SOPs or automations?

No. The Why? is designed specifically for organizations that want an independent assessment and a plan before committing to changes. It does not include SOP writing, system configuration, data cleaning, automation implementation, or operational changes.

What's different about The What Next? Package?

The What Next? includes everything in The Why?, plus at least 15 additional hours to design improved future-state processes and create or revise standard operating procedures (25+ hours total). It starts at $3,750. Training videos and system/data cleanups are optional quoted add-ons.

What is included in Keep on Improving?

Keep on Improving is a monthly retainer starting at $5,250 per month for at least 35 hours of consulting capacity. It brings together recurring analysis, workflow redesign, SOP work, and support for larger operations restructuring. Monthly priorities, scope, meeting cadence, and deliverables are agreed in advance; add-ons are quoted separately.

How many processes or teams does a package cover?

The standard starting scope is typically one or two defined processes or teams. More departments, interconnected workflows, complex technology, or substantial data work may require more hours and a customized proposal. The 35+ hour monthly retainer also has an agreed capacity and project scope.

Can you record training videos for our staff?

Yes. Training videos are an optional add-on. Depending on the project, they may include walkthroughs of redesigned processes, screen-recorded instruction, and short lessons for employee onboarding. The video count, length, and revisions are scoped separately.

Can you clean our records or help move data to another platform?

Yes, where the systems, access permissions, data sensitivity, and migration complexity make remote assistance appropriate. System cleaning and data transition are separately scoped add-ons. We establish approvals, backups, validation steps, and security requirements before working with your information.

What Lean Six Sigma methods do you use?

I apply practical Lean Six Sigma-informed methods such as process mapping, waste identification, root-cause analysis, and DMAIC-style assessment when they fit the challenge. My background includes Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training. I do not claim advanced belt certifications or offer independent legal, regulatory, or clinical advice.

How do you protect business information?

We determine appropriate access, information-sharing methods, and confidentiality provisions during project scoping. Please do not submit client records, financial account details, patient information, or other sensitive data through the public consultation form. Secure review arrangements must be agreed separately.

How do I schedule a consultation?

Complete the inquiry form with a brief description of the process, the package that interests you, and a few convenient video-call windows including your time zone. I'll review your request and respond to coordinate an appointment. Submitting the form requests a consultation; it does not book or confirm a meeting automatically.

What happens after the consultation?

We'll define the problem, the teams or workflows involved, the remote materials available, and the type of support you need. For a good fit, you'll receive a proposed scope and starting-price-adjusted quote before any project work is authorized.

Do you guarantee a particular percentage improvement?

No. Expected improvements depend on the existing process, available information, management decisions, and implementation. I aim to define useful measures and make realistic, evidence-informed recommendations rather than promise a specific savings percentage without a baseline.
