Business process improvement, not just more automation
Clarity Process Consulting helps growing organizations make operational work easier to perform correctly. We design clearer workflows, organize documentation, improve internal communications, and apply Lean Six Sigma-informed methods where they add value.
Our work is informed by corporate process improvement experience and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training. We do not claim Black Belt certification or offer specialized statistical validation as a default service.
Where Lean Six Sigma can help
Rework: Reduce incomplete requests and conflicting instructions. Waiting: Improve routing, ownership, and escalation. Overprocessing: Identify repeated reviews that add no distinct assurance. Variation: Standardize decisions and exceptions.
Knowledge management: Make one current version of procedures easy to find. Handoffs: Clarify who owns the next step and when a task is complete.
A practical DMAIC-inspired engagement
Define: Agree on the process, customer, problem, and success measures. Measure: Establish a consistent baseline for time, quality, errors, and rework. Analyze: Investigate the drivers of delays and inconsistency with process maps, observation, and root-cause tools.
Improve: Redesign steps, decisions, handoffs, and documentation, then pilot the changes. Control: Provide ownership, standard procedures, and simple monitoring to sustain improvements.
What a project can deliver
Depending on the scope: current-state map, future-state blueprint, waste and bottleneck assessment, responsibility matrix, updated SOPs, communication rules, rollout roadmap, and measures to track effectiveness.
We can advise on the design alone or assist with implementation. Automation is considered when it improves a well-understood workflow, not as a substitute for sound process design.
